Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Personal Computer Network as your cloud-based SaaS ERP solution (accountly.me) provider. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with refund requests for our ERP solution. 

  

  1. Refund Eligibility:

   – Refund requests will only be considered for the initial subscription term and must be made within 14 days (about 2 weeks) of the date of the initial subscription purchase. 

  

  1. Criteria for Refund:

   – Refunds will only be considered if the customer encounters a technical issue that prevents the use of essential features of the ERP solution, and Personal Computer Network is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time limit. 

   – Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with the features, functionalities, or performance of the ERP solution will not be accepted. 

  

  1. Submission of Refund Requests:

   – All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@accountly.me. 

   – Refund requests must include a detailed description of the technical issue encountered and any attempts made to resolve the issue. 

  

  1. Verification Process:

   – Personal Computer Network will conduct a thorough review of each refund request to determine eligibility. 

   – The customer may be required to provide additional information or cooperate in the troubleshooting process to verify the technical issue. 

  

  1. Refund Processing:

   – Approved refunds will be processed within 21 days (about 3 weeks) of the approval date. 

   – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase. 

  

  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

   – Refunds will not be issued for any renewal periods, additional features, or services purchased after the initial subscription term. 

   – Refunds will not be provided for the remaining unused portion of the subscription term after the initial refund period. 

  

  1. Modification of Terms:

   – Personal Computer Network reserves the right to modify the terms of this refund policy at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes in advance.
