We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of our services. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with the cancellation of your subscription to our ERP solution.
- Subscription Term:
– Our standard subscription term is both annual and monthly based on the customer’s choice.
– Cancellation requests will only be processed at the end of the current subscription term.
- Cancellation Requests:
– All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@accountly.me.
– Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) prior to the end of the current subscription term.
- Refund Policy:
– We do not offer refunds (After 14 days) for the remaining unused portion of the subscription term.
– Payments made for the current subscription term are non-refundable.
- Data Retrieval:
– Prior to the cancellation of your subscription, it is your responsibility to back up and retrieve any data stored within our ERP solution.
– Personal Computer Network will not be responsible for any data loss that occurs after the cancellation of your subscription.
- Early Termination:
– In the event of early termination of the subscription term for reasons other than a breach of contract by Personal Computer Network, no refunds will be provided.
- Outstanding Payments:
– All outstanding payments must be settled before the cancellation of the subscription is processed.
– Failure to settle outstanding payments may result in the suspension of access to the ERP solution.
- Suspension of Services:
– Personal Computer Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without prior notice, in the event of a violation of our terms of service or any illegal or unauthorized activity.
- Modification of Terms:
– Personal Computer Network reserves the right to modify the terms of this cancellation policy at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes in advance.
